Quraish

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Bismillah hir rahman nir raheem

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

(١) لِإِيلَٰفِ قُرَيۡشٍ

Li-eelaafi quraish

(1) For the accustomed security of the Quraysh –

(٢) إِۦلَٰفِهِمۡ رِحۡلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيۡفِ

Eelaafihim rihlatash shitaaa’i wassaif

(2) Their accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and summer –

(٣) فَلۡيَعۡبُدُواْ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَيۡتِ

Faly’abudoo rabba haazal-bait

(3) Let them worship the Lord of this House,

(٤) ٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٖ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنۡ خَوۡفِۭ

Allazeee at’amahum min joo’inw-wa-aamanahum min khawf

(4) Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.
